Thank you for shopping with MASO AUTO. We ship auto parts worldwide from our warehouse in China. Below you will find important information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and policies.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Available methods and estimated delivery times vary by destination:

DHL Express Urgent orders, standard-sized parts 3-7 business days
International Air Freight Large or heavy items 5-12 business days
EMS Standard international delivery 7-15 business days
International Sea Freight Bulk orders, heavy items (engines, body parts) 15-45 business days
International Small Packet Small accessories, lightweight items 15-30 business days

Shipping method selection will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address and package size/weight. For specific shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • For large or bulk orders, please contact us for a shipping quote — we may be able to offer discounted rates.

4. International Shipping

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized or hazardous items may have limited shipping options.
  • P.O. Box addresses may not be eligible for all shipping methods.
  • We are unable to ship to certain countries due to sanctions or carrier restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for alternatives.
