At MASO AUTO, we stand behind the quality of every auto part we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accidents.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective).
  • Electrical components that have been connected or tested (unless defective upon delivery).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@masoauto.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Important: We strongly recommend verifying part compatibility with your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model (YMM) before placing an order. Use our Vehicle Search tool on the product page to confirm fitment.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to discuss options.

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If you need a different part, you may request an exchange within 7 days. You will be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@masoauto.com.

6. Warranty

Many of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty information.
